Article 14 MiFID IIMembership of an authorised investor compensation scheme
Requires competent authorities to check at authorisation that an investment firm meets its obligations under the Investor Compensation Schemes Directive; for structured deposits, the requirement is met where the issuing credit institution belongs to a recognised deposit guarantee scheme.
