Article 68 MiFID IICooperation between authorities in the same Member State
Where a Member State designates more than one competent authority for MiFID II or MiFIR, their roles must be clearly defined and they must cooperate closely, including with the supervisors of banks, insurers, pension funds, UCITS and insurance intermediaries, exchanging essential or relevant information.
