Article 85 MiFID IIPowers for host Member States
Host Member State authorities may require investment firms with local branches to report periodically on branch activities for statistical purposes, and may require branches to provide the information needed to monitor compliance with the host-state rules that apply to them, no more stringently than for local firms.
